How does tracking work?+
Your link sets a 90-day tracking cookie. Anyone who signs up and pays within 90 days of clicking counts as yours. It's automatic once someone comes through your link, and you can see every click and conversion in your dashboard.
How much do I earn per referral?+
30% of everything they pay in their first three months. On the Pro plan that's about $44 per customer. On Studio it's about $134. There's no cap on how many people you refer.
When and how do I get paid?+
Monthly, by PayPal or Wise. The minimum payout is $50 and smaller balances roll forward. Each commission clears after a 30-day hold that covers the refund window.
Do I need a Reelyze account?+
No. You can join the affiliate program without ever signing up for Reelyze. That said, we'll give you free access if you want it. It's easier to recommend something you've actually used, and your audience can tell the difference.
What happens if someone starts a trial?+
Every Reelyze plan begins with a 7-day free trial. Your commission starts when they convert to paid, not when they start the trial. If they cancel before day 8, no commission, but no harm either.
What if a referral cancels or refunds?+
Every commission goes through a 30-day hold. If someone refunds in that window, the commission is reversed. If they cancel later in the three months, you keep what they already paid you on.
Can I run paid ads?+
No. This program is for organic reach. Bidding on Reelyze brand terms, running paid placements to your affiliate link, or impersonating Reelyze will close your account and forfeit any commissions.
Can I refer myself or my own company?+
No. Self-referrals are detected and removed automatically. Refer people you don't already bill.
