One client · 30 days · Founder-guided
Turn client analytics into clear creative decisions.
The Reelyze Agency Intelligence Pilot analyzes 10 short-form videos from one client account, identifies the creative patterns affecting retention, benchmarks relevant competitors and gives your strategy, script and editing team a practical 30-day action plan.
One-time pilot · Includes 30 days of Reelyze Studio · No automatic renewal · One qualified client account
What is a short-form video audit for agencies?
A short-form video audit for agencies evaluates the actual creative - not only account-level metrics - to explain why a client's Instagram Reels, TikToks or YouTube Shorts gain or lose attention. Reelyze analyzes hooks, scenes, pacing, on-screen text, audio and available retention data, then turns the findings into instructions for the agency team.
Your reporting explains the past. Your creative team needs to know what to change next.
Most agency dashboards are valuable for reporting reach, engagement, follower growth and campaign performance. But when a client asks why a Reel underperformed, the chart rarely tells the editor which scene dragged, the writer where the payoff was buried or the strategist which format should be tested next.
Reelyze complements your reporting stack by analyzing the video itself. The Agency Pilot proves the workflow on one real client before you introduce it across the rest of your accounts. The manual version of this is how to audit your Instagram account; the Pilot is that, done for you, at scale, on a live client.
- Gives account managers a clear explanation instead of another page of metrics.
- Gives strategists repeated patterns across the client's strongest and weakest videos.
- Gives scriptwriters specific hook, structure and CTA recommendations.
- Gives editors timestamped pacing, visual and audio observations.
- Gives agency leadership a repeatable content-intelligence workflow to test before adopting Studio.
What is included
1.One qualified client account
Choose a client that publishes at least three short-form videos per week, has enough historical content to analyze and is willing to test new recommendations. Starting with one client keeps the evidence clean and the team focused.
2.A 10-video creative performance audit
We analyze five of the client's strongest and five of the weakest recent videos. Each report evaluates hook strength, scene changes, pacing, on-screen text, transcript, audio-visual alignment, CTA structure and available retention signals. You can see a frame-by-frame short-form video report first.
3.Competitor and niche intelligence
We track up to three relevant competitor or reference accounts on Instagram or YouTube, and identify the topics, hooks and formats earning attention in the client's category. The goal is not to copy competitors; it is to understand the patterns the client is currently missing. Video analysis itself works on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube - it is the ongoing competitor tracking that is Instagram and YouTube today, and we confirm your client's competitor platforms on the application form before the pilot starts.
4.A client content-intelligence summary
The agency receives one clear summary covering:
- What the client's strongest videos repeatedly do well.
- The three creative problems most consistently hurting performance.
- Content formats to repeat, improve or stop.
- Competitor gaps and usable content opportunities.
- A recommended primary metric for the next testing cycle.
5.Five ready-to-produce scripts
Reelyze prepares five short-form scripts grounded in the account audit and competitor patterns. Each includes hooks, structure, on-screen text, editing guidance, CTA and caption direction.
6.A 45-minute team strategy session
Usama presents the findings to the agency team and translates them into role-specific actions for the strategist, writer, editor and account manager.
7.A final results review
After the client publishes the recommended videos, we compare the new testing cycle with the original baseline and document which changes should become part of the agency's ongoing workflow.
The 30-day agency workflow
- 1Choose the test client. Select an active account with consistent publishing, usable historical data and permission to test new creative recommendations.
- 2Provide inputs. Share 10 video links, available native metrics, the current content plan, business goal, and three competitors along with the platforms they post on.
- 3Receive the audit. Reelyze analyzes the videos and we summarize repeated creative patterns instead of forwarding 10 disconnected reports.
- 4Align the team. In the strategy session, the strategist, writer, editor and account manager receive specific responsibilities.
- 5Publish the test content. The agency produces and posts the recommended concepts using its normal production process.
- 6Review and decide. We compare results and recommend whether Reelyze Studio should be introduced across more client accounts.
Who should apply
- Social media, content, personal-brand or short-form video agencies with at least five active clients.
- Teams already producing Instagram Reels, TikToks or YouTube Shorts every week.
- Agencies with separate strategy, script, editing or account-management responsibilities.
- Teams that want to improve the creative decisions behind client content - not merely automate monthly reporting.
Who should not apply
- Agencies looking for a white-label dashboard before proving the core analysis workflow.
- Teams without a suitable client willing to publish and share results.
- One-off video-production vendors that have no responsibility for ongoing content performance.
- Anyone expecting guaranteed client reach, leads or virality.

What happens after a successful pilot?
If the workflow helps the agency improve its creative process, the team can adopt Reelyze Studio across additional client accounts. The agency keeps ownership of strategy and client relationships while Reelyze accelerates analysis, competitor research and content generation.
Studio is $149/month under the existing pricing structure. Optional founder-led monthly strategy support can be scoped separately after the pilot. If you want software access without the founder-guided engagement, Reelyze for agencies covers Studio on its own.
The investment
$299 one-time pilot
The pilot includes one client account, 10 analyzed videos, three tracked competitors, one content-intelligence summary, five scripts, one team strategy session, one results review and 30 days of Reelyze Studio access.
After the pilot, the agency may stop or continue using Reelyze Studio at $149/month. Studio continuation is optional and is never charged without clear consent. Explore Reelyze Studio.
Capacity: One client account per pilot.
A fair risk reversal - not a reach promise
If the client publishes at least eight videos using the agreed recommendations and the selected retention metric does not improve, Reelyze will provide an additional results review at no charge. Client reach, leads and virality cannot be guaranteed.
The baseline metric is fixed at the start of the pilot and is never switched mid-engagement.

Frequently asked questions
- What is included in the Reelyze Agency Intelligence Pilot?
- The pilot covers one client account for 30 days and includes analysis of 10 past videos, tracking of three competitors, a client content-intelligence summary, five scripts, a team strategy session, a results review and temporary Studio access.
- Why does the pilot start with one client?
- A one-client pilot keeps implementation manageable and makes it easier to compare the new testing cycle with a clear baseline. The agency can expand after proving the workflow.
- Does Reelyze replace our agency reporting platform?
- No. Reporting platforms summarize reach, engagement, campaign and channel performance. Reelyze focuses on the creative itself and helps the team decide what to change in the next video.
- Which platforms can the pilot analyze?
- Video analysis covers Instagram Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts. Ongoing competitor tracking currently covers Instagram and YouTube, so we confirm which platforms your client's competitors post on before the pilot starts. The pilot should focus on one primary client channel.
- Do we need access to the client's password?
- No password is required for public video analysis. Authorized account insights or screenshots of native metrics can be provided when the agency and client choose to share them.
- Can the report be shared with the client?
- Yes. The agency may use the findings in its client conversations. White-label exports are not part of the pilot - confirm any specific branding requirement with us before applying.
- Who should attend the strategy session?
- The most useful group is the strategist, scriptwriter, editor and account manager responsible for the selected client. Agency leadership may also join.
- What metrics will be reviewed?
- Depending on access, the pilot may use skip rate, 3-second retention, average watch time, average watch percentage, shares, saves, reach per follower, follow conversion and posting cadence. One primary metric is fixed at the start.
- Does the $299 pilot automatically become a Studio subscription?
- No. At the end of the pilot, the agency may stop or explicitly choose Studio at the current public price. There is no automatic renewal without clear consent.
- Can we pilot more than one client?
- The standard pilot covers one client. After the first pilot, a multi-client engagement can be scoped separately, or the agency can use Studio across its portfolio.
Prove the workflow on one client before rolling it out across your agency.
