Do I need to share my Instagram password?

No. Public Reel links can be analyzed without your Instagram password. Deeper account-level analysis may use an authorized Instagram connection or screenshots of native metrics that you choose to provide.

Which platforms are supported?

Reelyze analyzes short-form videos from Instagram Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts. Competitor tracking during the Sprint covers Instagram and YouTube. The Sprint should focus on one primary account so the recommendations remain coherent.

How many followers do I need?

There is no strict follower minimum. The best candidates publish consistently, have enough historical videos to analyze and have a commercial or professional reason to improve their content.

What metrics will we track?

Depending on available platform data, the Sprint may track skip rate, 3-second retention, average watch time, average watch percentage, shares, saves, reach per follower and follow conversion. One primary metric is agreed at the beginning and is not switched mid-Sprint.

How quickly will I receive the first audit?

Your first account diagnosis is normally delivered within three business days after all required links and metrics are received.

What happens after 30 days?

You receive a final review and can stop, join the waitlist for another service cohort or continue using Reelyze on Creator or Pro. There is no automatic renewal unless you explicitly choose one.
